Welp, I thought the first chapter told me all I needed to know but I gave it a second chance. Turns out I was right.
Apparently this one was written by a young boy hitting puberty and thus obsessed with boobies and "the sex.", however all his information on the topic came from nhentai and he thinks that's how real life works.
Protagonist has brain damage, the only explanation I can think of for the ridiculous stupid shit he does.
Also if the protagonist closes his eyes, spins, and spits, he'll hit an asshole who thinks savage beatings and/or murder are not only the best methods of conflict resolution but their god given right.
This is not a plot point, it is a way of life:
"I almost killed a man, this guy stopped me from losing my reputation and possibly my medical license, and helped save his life. Obviously I have to find out if he has a backer and then kill him if he's a nobody because I looked bad for misdiagnosing someone."
