I find myself really wanting this one to go the distance. It's nothing really groundbreaking, but the specific interactions between the two, and the fact that the hot popular secret vampire girl is actually "big girlfailure" in a lot of ways, makes this one so charming.

the life of the average mangaka fucking sucks with shit schedules and chronic overwork for bad pay.

I have no idea what this author's specific deal is, but if they took time off because of work-related illness/fatigue or an injury that required a halt to putting out new chapters, I would not be surprised, and I just hope they got the rest and recuperation they deserve to have.

nope, as far as i can tell they've never explained how the whole blood sucking relationship started.

also what are their names? hidaka or youkou? chiya or chiyo? your proofreaders suck or don’t know enough english because i've noticed a variety of grammar errors. i know japanese doesn’t use pronouns in the same way english does and you guys use translation apps but maybe have someone do a proper read through each time to ensure the conversations make sense?
