In an earlier chapter I had mentioned that maybe she doesn't understand boundaries because she's a youkai.
Then it turned out she was a han'you, which still didn't invalidate my theory.
Now we see her mother and she just straight up asks a guy she just met if he's had sex with her daughter and takes the silence as him not understanding the concept of sex.

So her having problems understanding what a healthy boundary is is caused by her youkai heritage, not necessarily because of biology but rather because of her mother being like that.

Han'you is a term coined by Takahashi Rumiko, it's short for hanbun youkai (hanbun = half).

B. Dead. Mom drained/ate/killed him one day accidentally when she lost control or death happened single session first try (but got mom pregnant)

C. Alive. His life was never in danger, he just ran away because their nighttime duties were too much for him and chose to escape instead.

D. Dead. Death for some other different reason, either common/natural or supernatural.

Maybe she is afraid that the guy only likes her because she is a hasshakusama?

That's literally it. She's been shown thinking that because his big obsession (no pun initially intended) was due to her being a hasshakusama (though it's more he wants a very tall woman because as a child he was infatuated by that type of yokai).
