I feel like it would be better if stuff slowly changed, creeping towards the climax of her dying. Instead we are doing the good old "Someone who the readers don't care but the character does is dead in chapter 1, just for the purposes of motivation" which is fine but not good.
Yeah i agree the reality hit was good but u felt nothing for the girl nor the mc like give me some introduction
It seems more like this is headed toward a strong body, weak mentally protagonist type of story, with his weaknesses focusing around his mental health
If you try to follow the author's concept and tried that kind of change, you would have ruined the whole story entirely. Smh when people say things like this that doesn't make sense. If he were to be able to clear battle events normally with no issues until 6 volumes later, how would a failure later on make MC suddenly think that the failure was due to indulging and deviating from Luke's personality? This is an RPG, those are still battles with variables. The whole reason he made the realization is because this was a scripted kill in a tutorial battle that ends with the skill usage. It's a battle that was impossible to lose yet he lost.
