I saw it mentioned elsewhere, but the artist or author seems to include a few easter eggs for those who keep an active eye out. In the previous chapter(33) we see a spider on its web on the fence with a butterfly approaching. When the duo walks off at the end of this chapter, we get a close-up of the same spot and see the web is now destroyed, essentially a metaphor of these two chapters. It's a small detail, but... Anyone spot things like that in any of the previous chapters?

This manga is like a breath of fresh air. Almost reads like a tabletop log of a very savvy solo rogue player.
The shorter the battles, the better, especially in this sort of setting.

It's almost like someone told him that he "doesn't need to rely on the litrpg elements to draw an audience anymore, you got an audience, just keep doing the brutalistic, survival story you've already been doing, just without stupid LeVeLS and SkiLLZZZZ that only served as a handicap!"
They could've done that AFTER showing whether or not he leveled up past the ceiling - ya'know, a major fucking plot point in the finale of "season 1"?

This is genuinely a good story, but because it established itself around "rankings" so strongly, it cannot just fucking go ahead and ignore it and pretend it's a story steeped in realism all of a sudden. This is so fucking ass.
