No but seriously, what is the purpose of this "rank limitation" thing, limiting how long higher ranked ppl can join lower ranked parties? I fail to see any actual reason for that besides creating an artificial difficulty through bureaucratic restrictions. It won't make the lower ranked people grow better or faster, it won't make the higher ranked more productive (as it literally limits how long they can work for), and overall it simply ups death-tolls as entire party earns less so they have to use worse gear, lower ranked people don't get their safety nets and training, and higher ranked people that want to earn more despite the restriction is forced to go solo and dies as a result.

I imagine the intention is to make sure the lower-ranked people are capable of accomplishing things through their own effort, rather than becoming too dependent on their higher-ranked member. But yeah, it's not the best way of actually achieving that.
