I know! But that happens... I still remember, when I started working people in the office asking me if I knew how to operate MS office (I was so super shocked! I mean, it’s the basics of the basics, right? And I was a pro in my programming in school, so it was kinda ridiculous)
I totally thought they were expecting some high edge, revolutionary knowledge, but, as it turns out, most of the people are not proficient in the basic of the basics in computer/ other technical stuff.... the knowledge that comes naturally to us, cuz we are used to it from our childhood, isn’t necessarily the case for others... environment, schooling, and your interaction with tech matters (+ people around you, sometimes)
