I thought Ati's dad was supposed to be a dwarf? But on page 13 we can clearly see that her dad is super tall, he even looks like he's taller than an average human. What kind of dwarf is that tall?

Dwarves in fantasy are usually portrayed as being tough and strong, not necessarily short. Some like this guy and a lot of the dwarves in Tensura can be tall.
