woah I was expecting the Mc to find out she's her stepsister since some romcoms do that cliche I am honestly surprised they didn't, I now have hopes for a full adaptation of this series

Was pleasantly surprised it didn't go that direction since that's what I figured would happen as soon as she said "you're a lot like him."
I'd love to see a continuation as well though I'm not sure how much more story there is to tell beyond the obvious point and intent of this. Sure they could make it a SOL series about him figuring out what he wants to do with his life now that baseball is out of the picture, enjoying a friendship with her over the game and potentially other things and angsting about when he could/should confess to her given that the last little bit about when she won't just be "Koujo-san" to him strongly says that he envisions them becoming closer (though it could just be becoming good enough friends to use first names) They could do all of that but it would probably lose some of its focus if they tried.
