For people mentioning why Yuzu and Mei haven't. I think they might be waiting till after they get married. Maybe she doesn't want to upset her mom too. It hasn't really talked much about that tho, so we really don't know what they're thinking on that front. Anyways about the kase manga, even tho they feel kinda generic I think it's one of the best yuri manga out there. My favorite manga about a yuri couple's experience dating is probably Hana ni Arashi

this series holds the reign for high school-college age yuri for sure
as for working-middle aged, i've yet to find the best one (she becomes a tree tho hahahha that one is so cute, albeit very fantastical)

@elefantine97 I find “Doughnuts under a Crescent Moon”, “The two of them are pretty much like this”, and “Cheerful Amnesia” to be good working adults yuri, all with different takes on the relationships between the couples.

see that, no stupid "oh I'm not confident" or "misunderstanding something" drama and angst from the last few chapters

focusing instead on them TALKING and being together, as two normal adults in a relationship can and do... pls just stop with the self-confidence drama as we're past that, the whole stupid roommate thing just needs to be dropped now as well

don't need to ruin this manga with stupid high-school drama like in the last few chapters, just focus on them moving forward as a couple and as adults like in this chapter.

We have a literal prequel manga of them during high school where these same issues were dealt with, so there is no reason why this "confidence/not talking" drama needs to be coming up... there is so much more to relationships that can be written about~

@Lilisionnach ya, all three of those are great manga focusing on relationships with adults. A really key part to why they are so good, is that the authors write the characters as ADULTS, i.e. normal humans who can talk to each other even if issues come up, thus they don't fall into the stupid trap of padded angst and drama

i've read/am following some of those recs but i forgot to mention them
there's also Fuzoroi no Renri which is sorta a mix between ages, but it's pretty nice
hopefully somday will find one that's a bit more mature and less moe like "Sweat and Soap" (this one is straight but the chemistry is very cute and sexy)

often times, yuri/GL are portrayed as soft and cute and wholesome and moe and i'm a bit tired of it hehe 😅
