Tho “diagnosis” or whatever aside I’m surprised there wouldn’t be some “everyone gets one as soon as they’re born” but i suppose if “using” them takes away your ability to speak or just erases it from your brain it’d only happen to ppl already burnt out after they’ve been chewed up by society
