God, this is amazing. This sequel is really making me want to read the original light novel. After reading the wikipedia I guess I need to learn Japanase in order to find out the rest of Moribito series.

@Kryon_PL I'd recommend watching the anime instead. I know, it's crazy, but it's actually better than the light novel; more developed, with (good) extra content.
Also, if you're interested in the later novels, you can also watch the live action series (it's honestly quite solid). Subs exist. First season covers the first light novel (again!), but the later seasons are adapted from different novels.

Pyoro, thanks, if what you're saying is true, then those adaptation are one instance where the adaptation is better than the original soure material. I guess I'll have more backlog to finish next week.

I wouldn't call the anime better than the first novel but rather roughly equal, the anime does some things better than the novel while the novel does other things better.
