I mean whats wrong with the "Humans are the real monsters"... Sure, a tried trope already but the main plot is to advance the vampire into the final boss title... Like sooner or later theyre gonna use that joke and well, its better to get it earlier on rather than make it later and have it serious af

This, plus the "humans are the real monsters" trope has been common in fantasy and sci-fi stories for centuries, at least. And it pops up all the time in isekai manga in particular.

Getting it out of the way early on and playing with it like this are good moves for a comedy/parody story to take.
I'm not sure why people were expecting different, honestly. It's not like this is some massive shift in tone or content. We started out with the MC getting sent to go die to an undefeated boss by his party members who didn't need him anymore. Even if his life wasn't actually on the line, it'd still have been the bloody, painful end of his career and dreams. Then the monster turned out to be surprisingly human, and it wasn't. So...what's changed, exactly?

I have very low trust in this story specifically because it follows one of the two basic scenarios for poorly written stories where main character teams up with a monster, either with no one being truly evil or with the humans being evil all along. I said I would read a few more chapters to see if the author develops the monster further, but it’s most likely a lost cause. Additionally, the whole premise with streams is pretty moronic as itself and undermines any chance of taking this story seriously.
I've read the web novel and I'm amazed at your spot on deduction on the premise.

If humans are all garbage and the real monsters, wouldn't they still side with the scummy adventurers tho?

Why does the Male MC always have to look so generic 😭
I get that this is what the author looks like, but why can't he self insert himself into a cooler looking character😭

I dont think this is going to be another Humans Are The Real Monsters theme. She is just creeped out by all the perverts in the comments.

Computer games should have more wandering boss monsters.

Relateability for the intended demographic. The average awkward hetero male teen that runs to the store to pick up the latest manga would happily put themselves in the MCs place. If he's generic enough it just makes it that much easier. You can apply this logic to the majority of mild mannered Manga Protagonists.

Makes it easier for the people who insist on projecting themselves into the male MC's role if he's a generic looking grey blob. It's dumb and bad.
