I was confused too, but your idea is exactly right. Scanlator made a mistake. In the Japanese, she puts in “Seto Anna” and then gets ‘Excellent Luck’. It makes her end comment make more sense too. (They're not getting married within the year.)

Also, all the mistakes today. In the title-adding to the previous chapters, somehow they got shuffled up. (9–16 became 1–8 and 1–8 became 9–16.) That'll be fixed soon.
