As for Seto, I think what will drive him to make progress isn't newly gained confidence, but his basic sense of responsibility, which he's demonstrated in spades when he's tried to beg off from playing with Anna in the past. Chia told him in no uncertain terms not to make Anna unhappy, so that same sense of responsibility will force him to look at their relationship going forward with a vastly different mindset. It'll be a battle between timidity and responsibility.
