maybe it depends in japan, mixed couples would be helpful for variety esp as something that might be a 'niche' concept but yeah i imagine there'd be gay yandere cafes the same way there are gay/lesbian bars. or some kinda 'flirty female friend yandere' that's not quite lesbian yet but depends on the trope. Or like a mother/father yandere without it necessarily being as 'incest-y' as blood on the tracks XD

The maid is a trap, all staff in this side of the store are male. Hence the protagonist commenting he's the odd one out, being the only male customer in the male staffed section of store. To be clear the female staffed section is presumably in a different room.

I could only find this short film(?) but maybe one day altho i imagine it'd be more likely for all archetypes if not an anime cafe that has infamous yandere charas
