No one is actually afraid of cigarettes, disgusted maybe, but not the same sensation.

Addiction Devil feels like a great contender, and it also ties together the majority of the beastmen characters.

I think a Lung Cancer Demon might be possible, though, and (true or not), cigarettes would be a part of its image.
