I think what I love about this humor is how she is presented as someone chill and popular but also nasty and and pathetic, just because she doesn't give a fuck, doesn't mean that life will get easier or things will just go her way one way or another and the "voice of reason" (if we go for the boke and tsukkomi kind of humor) in this case would be the landlord but he is a hopeless pervert, everyone is just getting by with their own flaws.
Where am I going with this? well is because I hate the kind of humor where the silly and chill protagonist gets away with everything because they have the whole universe on their side, and the other character is usually someone trying their best but will always end up losing or in some pathetic situation because of the protagonist, and everyone else never seen to mind at all.

TLDR: That page with the mangaka is so hot holy shit
