The only relevant thing that happened storywise after the last festival is:

• MC's first date ever with stuco prez.
• MC rejecting her due to him wanting to focus on fashion at the moment.
• This led to the girls in his harem to stall their confessions for the time being.
• School election arc, which Takae won due to some backroom negotiations with Itachi to spare MC from winning.
• MC wanting to enter the fall fashion contest.
• This upcoming sports festival arc.
