a team that avoids failure 95% of the time but can quickly recover in the other 5% is way better than a team that avoids failure 99% of the time but fumbles hard in the other 1%. the fact that the moteshiro team was able to adjust to that mistake would've gotten extra points from me, but the judges didn't care becasue they aren't able to judge how well a team can recover. maybe the other 3 teams who got ahead of them would've crashed and burned if someone slipped up even a little.
