Reading this manga is like reading a baby's depiction of a "bad gangster" turned good by dating a partially disabled girl. There's been minimal development the past 40+ chapters except for shoehorned bisexual characters. Every character has the same baby face and acts like it. The depth of any character is that of a puddle. Who is this manga for??

And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Though admittedly, this chapter is a little heavy on the preaching part. But on the other hand, the author does have a point. 3000 people falling from plattforms is not to be underestimated. And when an accident does happen, everyone involved will have a high chance of mental damage. Because seeing someone driven over by a train is not a nice thing to see. And if you are "responsible" as train driver... In my country, the drivers get directly tought: If somebody is on the tracks, brake and close your eyes, because you don`t want to see what happens and you can't change it any more after activating the brakes.
