See, I can kinda understand why people think he's a delinquent, because he doesn't just have a scary face but from the way he acts along with a temper. Course I still believe in not judging a book by it's cover. Plus we do know he's actually a good guy, just has a bit of an attitude.

I'm never a fan of the obnoxiously rigid, judgemental student council member trope and honestly skipped like 80% of her thoughts/comments once I realized that she fell into it, but this was still an enjoyable chapter.
