That's true, but don't forget that
Motoyasu is fucking retarded (but he's actually growing a brain now so thats' cool)
Motoyasu doesn't really know the details of Naofumi's beginning because he used to hate him
Motoyasu has such incredibly inconsistent memories that it drives me mad
Also Motoyasu doesn't want to make Naofumi suffer at all, the only reason he even waited this long was because of the wishes of old Naofumi (the 2nd one)
And theres a chance that deranged Naofumi (the one from the main timeline) might not trust him at all because Naofumi'd think that Motoyasu didn't help him when he needed it
