this could be intersting, but i can so easily see it falling into 'edgy badboy saves the world while complaing the whole time'
heres hoping it stays interesting

I mean in all fairness the guy was kidnapped as a teenager. forced into war he never wanted, and probably has numerous amounts of trauma so bad he barely had any time to process his mental or emotional state. He‘s probably never had a decent role model or a person to help him aside from his wife.Mc Isekai as the hero.
Kill the demon King.
Get betrayed by human.
Destroy human kingdom.
Run away with a demon queen.
Why do I feel that MC’s mind is like that of a middle schooler more than a war veteran. Muh, I hate the world and everyone, only my beautiful demon queen wife is my ally
What is this ? A kid ?
P/S: I don't think he did anything wrong with destroyed the kingdom that forced him to fight or didn't accept the princess's request. I just find his mental monologues too cringe and childish for my taste here.
Yeah, maybe hoping for our MC to be like Guts was too muchI mean in all fairness the guy was kidnapped as a teenager. forced into war he never wanted, and probably has numerous amounts of trauma so bad he barely had any time to process his mental or emotional state. that would be absolute ass to get the ballsssss rolling man, especially if the mc just take it up into his ass when he could just threaten whoever holds the cure with destruction.Would be cool but I feel like its gonna be some magical plot disease to get the ball rolling and force the MC to help people in exchange for the cure.
Thats certainly one way to make sure he never listens to you againThe knight got stripped off his noble title but I dont think they executed him iirc
what happened after:
It got even worse . Victoria’s sister brought courtesans with her to persuade MC but they got rejected so they assumed that he already has a lover. She issued a bounty with royal stamp in it to take his wife as hostage😭. They almost went bye bye if Victoria didn’t clear that up
Wow that'd be boring.Would be cool but I feel like its gonna be some magical plot disease to get the ball rolling and force the MC to help people in exchange for the cure.
Wut? Are they dumb? These people sound like they want to try wrestling molten lava. The knight got stripped off his noble title but I dont think they executed him iirc

Yeah, they ain't Jesus who willingly sacrificed himself for everyone in the world even though they hated him, and being fully aware of that fact despite never doing anything wrong to them. It's nice to see a MC that didn't just accept being executed for once. I get people want the whole "hero" mentality to be selflessness and forgiveness or whatever, but going too far with either just makes a pushover, especially when they were forced into becoming a hero and didn't make that choice on their own accord.
bother. can you spoil me more? The knight got stripped off his noble title but I dont think they executed him iirc
