Lol okay dude, there are dialog lines in this chapter that have different meanings than the first translation group. They're rushing it and they're making solid mistakes that change things. "She couldn't... until things were ready" vs "I wouldn't let her do it until I was ready" changes the tone pretty hard, first one sounds like she had to wait until she fell in love but it's actually that he was making her wait this whole time. You don't get that out of the mess that's the earlier translation.

Are we seriously discussing translations? I don't speak Japanese, but I speak 4 languages and know this: there are different ways to say the same thing. It all depends on the viewer. If you like this translation that is okay, but don't hate on another translation.

I still have zero sympathy for Kiku. That won't ever change. She destroyed and used people for decades to accomplish her goal without much afterthought on all these people's lifes and families
