well, I do see that she's weaker. And she knows things we dont (like how Haru disappeared). I think there's at least some truth in her words to him

GOOOOD CHAPTER. I dont think this arc is weak at all. Its deepening and developing the characters, it will be a huge point to Kou and his moral change (the fact he became more violent, etc) i guess. I'm quite curious about the truck girl, liked her.

So cool the way the author manages to be able to write the comedy and the drama/suspense just on spot.

Even tho Akira is missing, I dont think she was left aside too much. In the narrative, doesnt make sense for her to be there.

What are we even doing anymore? There isn't really any conflict, Mahiru is doing what he wants, even if Kiku is lying, it doesn't matter to him. He has no anger towards Kou anymore, Kiku is going to die anyways, then protagonists have nothing to do here.

So is there still a conflict? I mean they all know Kiku is going to be killed,so where is the problem? The question is if they will actually go through with it. I feel like the author is stretching it for no reason. The guy doesn't seem to hate Kou anymore and Nazuna and him get along.

The only conflict that there can be left is Kiku thinking they will stop her from being with him.
