Sorry for being all 🤓☝️ but... I looked it up and blood bags can only las for about a month before the blood decays.
If the blood bag was on the table all along it wouldn't even have lasted a day. Guess is that she renewed it frequently or used some vampire magic to preserve it.

So, neither were an underling, but they were friends although Nazuna was a caring nurse so...
So, there was a vampire that made them underlings, but Kabura didn't had much time from the looks of it, unless she suddenly fell in love.
Nazuna past name is "Haru", that doesn't really have a meaning for now, it's rather weird she changed it.
Although the photo is a memento, it's what could get them dead if the vampire hunter gets a hold to it.
It's still mind boggling that Nazuna is about 30-40 years a vampire, but Kabura is supposedly older...
