Yeah, as far as premises go, that's pretty much complete flatline.

Gloomy looking girl can't make friends(Cause she looks depressing to be around)

She describes herself as antisocial, but even antisocial people don't mind hanging out with friends/similar people. Gloomy girl knows that Deliquent boy is also a loner just like her and he's the one to approach her which she mistakes for invitation to be friends. Overall this is a gag manga, do we need a deep plot?
