Everybody around you thinks it's annoying, and they hate it. Your friends hate you for making puns when they get break-ups, your family hates you for making puns when one of them dies, you make SO many puns around your PETS they're starting to realise what the English language is, and hate you just for TEACHING them like this. It's NOT charming, it's NOT cute, and it DEFINITELY is not new or groundbreaking.
