...This is hardly the first time I've thought this, but a world in which otherwise-platonic guy friends of no-more-than-average grunginess even consider casually engaging in these sorts of "lessons" has got to rank pretty high amongst the most hilarious ideas to come out of girl-written BL.

Being "gross" around each other is A-ok for a good subset of guys (especially of a certain age), but doing sexual things with each other is strictly verboten. I've never even once seen or heard of anyone doing anything like that, among straight men. (Again, I'm sure it's happened somewhere, but...)
And that's maybe for the best, really; if bro-culture social rules said that was "okay", that would almost certainly just end in a bunch of molestation, honestly.
I mean, there's maybe some special exceptions for sufficiently dumb things done under the influence of alcohol in a frat-boy-ish party environment, I think, but only under such circumstances where basically all social rules are permitted to be broken if one can make out that it's funny (much more for ill than good, see "molestation," above).
