I think he means pg 33 with the closing caption "Not sure, but it looks like I got reincarnated in another world."
But I think this is just consistent with the other chapters and titles. Just a realization of being in a fantasy world. I don't think this actually implies the new girl is a reincarnator.

its rather questionable for a person of the current world to think of another existing if they had no such prior knowledge of such...
the rescued girl's statement after waking up was extremely odd given the circumstances, where it may be possible...

Also the second to last page has a little panel saying something about reincarnation - although I don't know if that's just a translator joke or something.

He got the page number wrong. It's the bottom of page 30 (according to MangaDex, but the page number printed on the bottom of the page from the source material is 65). When she wakes up, she says "Where am I? A hotel? The other world?"

Saying "The other world" at least implies she knows one exists. If she came from there we'll have to find out.
