It's essentially making the entire world dumber to make the MC famous/popular/liked for no reason.

There's no way that any and all kinds of meats haven't been tested on any and all kinds of breads already as soon as said meat or bread was invented. People like to try things, they're not inept. This really makes the world seem static and smaller.

You have to understand that a crucial part of isekai is the fact that the MC needs to have some sort of superiority compared to the native people there. It’s not just that she has all-powerful creation magic, she also needs to wow the populace with her exclusive knowledge of the soy sauce and the mayonnaise

I get you, I really get you, unfortunately isekaislop isn't the place to find quality worldbuilding. Good isekai with interesting foodbuilding that allows insight into the surrounding culture, geography, resources etc would be... uhhhhhh an ASOIAF crossover?
