I've read it before so I'm going to give my opinion and a few spoilers in the spoil tag.

Too much drama, too many plot twists are added and it just feels forced. Spoilers ahead Felt the ending wasn't good enough but that is just because I love seeing the happily ever after not just the "They were happy after, use your imagination to come up with how" kind of endings.

So the girl and the guy were friends as kids but the guy was jealous that the girl had a mom so they were gonna switch places but when they, a guy showed up to kidnap the boy but the girl was dressed up as the boy so she was kidnapped instead. Fast forward to the present and the little brother suddenly has his own secrets, so does the farmer guy. It turns out the little brother has been a prostitute for a while to help the with the mom's bills. Some stuff happens and little brother runs away and tells fmc that they could only afford the mom's bills because the rich family helped them out. So fmc goes to mom and asks a bunch of questions accusing her of being the mistress of the rich guy's father, this makes mom collapse fmc then goes to rich guy and tells them they might be siblings but rich guy says who cares and has sex with her. Then girl runs away after having sex cause she thinks they are siblings so she finds her little brother and talks with him. Little brother had run away to stay with his pimp while waiting for fmc because he told her that he loved her as a woman and fmc was like no incest is bad. fmc shows up and meets with pimp who takes her out and asks her if she wants to see her real mom. They end up going to a bar where a woman with black hair is chilling and where rich guy is working, pimp tells fmc that the bar lady is her mom. Bunch of other stuff happens but it turns out that hospital mom is fmc real mom, lady at the bar was the mom of the little brother, so little brother isn't fmc little brother but rich guy little brother. The dad of the rich guy had actually fallen in love with bar lady after his wife had died but the family pushed her out and didn't want the rich guy to stay with the kid. So the mom of fmc asked rich guy if he wanted her to adopt the kid and raise him as her own so rich guy could keep track of his son. That is why she was able to pay for the bills. Then little brother moves in with rich family because rich mc said that he was gonna marry fmc, he is doing this cause he wants to win fmc. So while fmc is working for rich family she is harassed by other maids and constantly groped by little brother. A bunch of more stuff happens and the rich mc and fmc are running away but can't cause of the family influence. They all end up caught and plot twist it was the gardener manipulating everything. Turns out that the guy that tried to kidnap rich mc as a child was gardener's dad who had gotten fired and wanted some money. Rich dad let gardener do whatever cause he felt bad that gardener's dad died. A bunch more stuff happens, little brother accepts the fact that fmc won't ever love him as more than a brother so he ends up accepting the family, they tell gardener his dad was an asshole and gardener is like ok thats fair and gives up on trying to mess with things. Fmc falls in love with rich mc but mom has none of it, she is released from the hospital and is planning on moving with the kids since she says that rich family causes nothing but trouble. Fmc returns to work as maid but can't meet with rich mc anymore. Big event where rich dad is announcing his retirement and his successor but rich mc is hiding. Reporters notice fmc as maid from some pictures and start speculating about rich mc and what the whole deal is with them. She defends rich mc and rich mc shows up and sweeps her away. They have sex in the forest where everything went down and boom timeskip. Now fmc, mom and little brother are living in some random town when helicopter shows up and it's rich mc. They love each other and that's how it ends.
