Beautiful story last few chapters were gut wrenching

Almost beat for beat this entire manga is literally almost the exact same story as I Want to Eat Your Pancreas. It only really differs at the very end. That said, I think Pancreas was overall a more impactful story and I'm not sure why this one decided to go down the route of copying it so closely.
