I have speculation here (based on "timeless toon" Scans)
1. What define "Death Notice" can we have someone do it for us? Or something like AI generated voice or content.
Do we have to say it or we can post it (could be dumb) but if we can do it the way kaito kid or persona did, it's not gonna be a problem.
Can we make it AoE so it affects may living beings at once?
Do we have to face the victim or know the victim exact whereabouts?
As it may be an easy way to "get out". If you get caught and you wanna kill yourself just tell the warden if they gonna die in minutes. And just kys for Yomeiya in question.
Also maybe the rules that state we cannot make use of non-human lifespan established by having animal not smart enough to understand. If we make them understand and we can absorb their age it's a very good deal.

If death by pure neglect or starvation or overdose (not drug overdose, but something more simple like adding a daily dose of sugar to Yomeiya with diabetes) is counted.
What define as border?
If we make a gun. And that gun killed another Yomeiya does that count?
If we make a drug and dilute it to well for large population of people. And it accidentally landed on Yomeiya does it count?
Or purely depends by motive?
Does indirect killing or accidental killing counted?
Like if we move from a platform it will shot burrel of gun to another Yomeiya.
Let's make a scenario with A, B, C as three of Yomeiya. A holding knife to defend himself. B is threatening to kill both A and C. C is accidentally shoving B to A in reflect. In this case who killed B? A who holds the knife. C who shove B to A side. Or D the person who makes the entire scenario.
A. Also if we prevent Yomeiya from killing it's target, does it count as killing? Or if we kill their target before designated date of victim Yomeiya, does that count killing another Yomeiya?
