He's a hero (according to the people of the world), everyone who's been isekaid I think has been in this world for some years now, so this dude he's been traveling and getting strong, so everyone knows of him just like how he is knowledgeable of the other powerhouses in the world, one being the crimson elf

Basically he's lived there for some time/worked his ass off with MC's power to the point that he's famous
and its because of this that I truly wonder if MC will get his revenge
Because while he's a HORRIBLE piece of shit to MC who stole his powers and was a trash person on earth
In here he's helping people around to the point of making friends too

All the otherworlders recieved training upon being summoned to this world. Douche Canoe here having twice the initial power as the other transmigratants was likely treated to insider information so as to not get stepped on when/if he pissed off the wrong individuals or group there of.

As one of the major architects of the Adventurer's Guild and creator of many of it's magical systems, the Crimson Elf seems like exactly the type of person that they would have drilled into his head not to cause trouble with. Especially since she travels extensively and operates what is essentially a women shelter and sanctuary for abused and exploited women.
