Most likely, she's someone from the family, like an aunt or something, that has no decision making, no power, no inheritance for the Quattro Foglia Group. (which, btw feels weird since "foglia" is singular...if you refer to all four, it should be "foglie"......ack, whatever, who cares)
I'm starting to believe that, IF their father is dead or something, the girls are the actual owners of the group and this skank wants to pressure them into becoming their guardian and take control of everything. Tho, in chapter 1, it was said "the president is extremely whealthy", so he's probably not dead....unless, by president, she didn't mean the guy momentarily occupying that spot....aka the grampa or the other guy Fujiyama.
The question is: can't they call Fujiyama and tell him that this bitch is harrassing them?

Yeah, this seems like a highly probable hypothesis. Their self-styled "mother" is definitely a faker, and her motivation is clearly greed.
