If you're content with or can ignore that a supposedly healthy young man in all other respects is willing to self-emasculate just to be with the girl he's crushing on, then maybe you can stomach this story. For all intents and purposes, it might as well be yuri.

Hang on. He keeps saying people always mistake him for a girl. He didn't feminize for her, he came that way. He contemplates "manning up" simply to get the girl to see him as a romantic possibility. This isn't bad, but her interest is in him being pretty.
