Oh snap. I've read the web novel version of this a couple of years ago. It's called "Cook of the Mercenary Corp." It was a good read, since unlike other isekai cooking novels/manga the following chapter was always in the perspective of the isekai inhabitants. Basically, you were "watching" a reaction video.

Hope the manga follows the same format.

I read the web novel a couple of years ago and there Ganglabe's main gang only consist of 5 members, definitely don't recognize the armored axe wielding guy, the naginata wielding woman and the big breasted woman (Ahrius was described flat chested in the web novel while Riru is the coat wearing researcher like girl)

Translation is a bit iffy in some places, but overall good.

In particular, the obvious ones has these in the raws

三番テーブルにお願いします！(San-ban table ni onegaishimasu!)

What the tl gave us:
Please put me at table three!

It's a perfectly valid translation... when used in a different context.

We can see that he's handing over a dish, supposedly to a floor staff, to serve said dish to the customers sitting at table three. He is not asking to be seated at table three.

僕の出資は広島県の片田舎 (Boku no shusshin wa Hiroshima-ken no katainaka)

What the tl gave us:
I'm from Hiroshima prefecture, a rural area in the Hartenaka region.

If it isn't obvious, there is nothing in the raws that mentions Hartenaka.
Funnily enough, when he introduced himself to the mercs, he correctly stated that he's from a rural countryside within Hiroshima prefecture (出資は広島県の片田舎/ Shusshin wa Hiroshima-ken no katainaka), "Hartenaka" did not make another appearance.

My guess is, someone misread the furigana for 片田舎, and for some reason, added it to the script.

Some spices might be hard to find in isekai though...

From my observation, this manga version follows the LN version
There are a couple of differences:

1. In the webnovel, Shuri was a company employee with a knack for cooking, while in the LN, he's a fledging cook. He even has a rival back on earth
2. New original characters, which means more pov chapters
3. The LN has more storylines, which means it takes a long while to get to serious arcs.

Spoiler: Spoiler for future arc

Heck the Shuri gets arrested arc happens at volume 8-9 iirc. And the wedding arc takes place at volume 10. It'll take a while to get to more crazier Oda Nobunaga arc and ninja village arc.
