As much as I'd like to see Kai's new boyfriend, not really important, is it. I would like to see more of him but he doesn't really have anything to do with the main cast anymore, so why would he even continue to show up (Actually I would be a little annoyed if he did show up again, like "why is this unrelated adult hanging around this high school")

Maybe they need an extra vet cuz Akira is busy with something? Although medical research is a different field from practicing medicine, but maybe he’s qualified to do both?
