So like, are there other real Kitsune around? At first I thought there weren't Kitsune around cause of like, yokai sovereign state rules, or whatever we consider Fox Town as, so they didn't want to send their children to public school. Are there still real Kitsune around or is this town all resurrected. Or am I forgetting whether they went over this cause this arc's been going on for a year

Regular kitsune have to still exist right? Just not here? What's Mame beefing with kitsune for if they aren't still around somewhere

The influencer girl? I also thought that but I checked, she's some kind of cat yokai (not sure if she's a nekomata, but she's got a cat tail and meows)

I vaguely remember there was a panel where someone said something like "there aren't any of a certain yokai around, huh Douman" to the Principal. At first I was like "damn Principal's racist 😔" but like surely the yokai government would have made public education mandatory by now regardless. So I thought the kitsune have the power to outright refuse to send their kids to school (or whoever said that to the Principal just wasn't looking hard enough). Then this arc happened and I thought that they did create their own sovereign state. But now if this entire town is already dead, either there just aren't any kitsune left (why are you beefing with an extinct race Mame. They can't be mascots if they're dead, man) or there are other kitsune around somewhere but they STILL AREN'T GOING TO SCHOOL
