Your plans for 2025

Since 2024 has finally ended for all people in any given timezone,
It's finally time to look forward for this new year 2025.

And as the title suggest, let's share plans/project/goals that you are planning to do this year.

You can give your plans/projects/goals from whatever domain for this year (it can be from manga, anime, professional, personal, ect...).


For me, my personal/professional goal this year is to finally graduate from college
(my three year of pain is finally over~).

Also, I also plan to release a big update of my manga reader app this year.
I just hope I will have time to finish it first.

Other things that I plan but not as important (might happen or not):

• learning assembly and software reverse engineering.
• uploading my first scan on MangaDex (lol).
• watching the Minecraft Movie (yeah~~).

I plan to hibernate until my birthday, because seasonal depression sucks. Then I'll take the GED, focus on improving my self esteem and starting good habits as well as strangling bad ones. After that I'll probably focus on religious stuff. I'll probably try to reduce time wasted, like forum lurking, is okay to check when I have time, but I shouldn't sit here reloading the page waiting for someone to say something interesting. I need to renovate my brain, I'm a mess. After my birthday, because right now I'm having a hard time caring.

For me, I mainly want to pass my classes with an A. But I still have some other ambitions, like finishing work in my infinite cloud storage system and my wireless jeopardy game (both of which have to be done kinda soon).

As you might be able to tell since I’m on this site instead of doing anything productive, I also have a terrible work ethic that I want to conquer. Cheers to 2025!

I have a bunch of plans, but the most important ones are:

• Get my first girlfriend
• Get better at college(starting a undergraduate research program)
• Workout

I'm focusing on those, but I'm not against adding more

I'm planning not to make any friends because in the long run, they can only ever leave you one way or another. (it always hurts even if it's a normal goodbye)

I also want to get better at art because I feel my art isn't cute enough (?) or consistent

- Get an Associate in Land Surveying, start my Bachelors in the same field.

- Get a job/internship in land surveying.

- Purpose to my girlfriend.

- Complete the ABC dates with her.

- Clear my debts.

- (Far fetched) New car/ new place to live.

- Get some irl male friends, preferably one becoming a best friend in the future.

- Actually make a serious attempt to practice speaking my parents' native language.

- Start reading my books that I've collected over the years.

- Reach 180~ pounds. ( I'm around 240 now. I used to be a gym manic but now I'm too lazy to work out.)

I sympathize with you. My girlfriend and my family occasionally encourage me to get some more male friends but the one I made via school/work tend to fizz out quickly once I left those environments.

Ah well. If I make a good friend this year, I'll make one. Otherwise, I'm fine with the friends that I usually communicate with in a weekly/monthly basis.
