The Black Haired lady was actually a robot as well that lived for over 200 years even after her aunt died.
The 7 day thing was just her body dying and some function inside her telling her EXACTLY when she's gonna die.

Its not self destruction, Its just her body is ending.
Its like how old phones can't live forever, even with the charger, or how humans die, even with medical support.
The program inside her telling her when shes going to die is like a prophet.
It doesnt cause the tragedy, it just forsees it and says that the tragedy will occur, ahead of time.
