I highly doubt she actually ate her, it wouldn't fit the theme of this manga if that actually happened.

Also, it's clear that the snake girl has feelings for the guard fella, she's trying to use Ahm to make him jealous.

Regular vore is pretty likely, fatal vore, probably not. I'm guessing they got swallowed as a form of capture to be taken to prison or something.

I'm pretty sure they reaffirmed fatal vore on page 16. They state she'll "never again do evil" as the snake princess does the typical manga "I just had a really good meal" belch and Ahm's response, I'm fairly certain, is supposed to be him quickly understanding the implications.
