It's... been a long time since I saw a chapter here. I had to blink for a moment.
There's such a large gap. And I'm still waiting for news on a new anime season. I was being very careful this chapter to avoid seeing any spoilers on victors or match results so I got lucky there, but I was too curious to know who the new captain would be. And I had imagined for a long time whether Onoda might end up taking the spot but had never been sure if it would happen due to her personality being more easy going. But when you consider how much he inspires others, it's a nice development to see him placed in this new role to now officially lead others.
Anyway, thanks for the chapter.

I mean I thought the last two in-high has established that he’s more of a follower who can go through an ‘order’ from the captain or someone. For him to lead? I don’t really think so. I feel like that’s pushing it. I really thought Imaizumi is better of as captain.

@SlingToken & @Eunieberry, Imaizumi would be the road captain. His experience and demeanour would be what you want on the road, but Onoda would be better choice for the off the bike stuff.
