and i'm not exactly experienced with yummy, but from what i see all their monster SS itself for free, have on-summon effect that generates advantage, and all their synchro generates more advantage if you do anything
so spot removal with MTP and crypter prolly aint the best matchup because their summon effect still triggers
white binder prolly could be used to banish their yummy from gy, but only before they put any synchro on field

i wonder what's the right play tho
it seems snatchy is semi-limited here, so i wonder if the right thing to do is just banish both somehow
even if she tried to chain snatchy, both MTP and crypter banish doesn't target so it will just banish the synchro that they summon off it immediately instead, before it got its effect
then binder can clear their gy
but i guess she'd still have access to two L1 via drone if left unchecked

To be fair, against Yummy, that's very possible if you can contest Mignon. It's pretty much the entire crux of Dracotail vs Yummy, although it helps that Dracotail doesn't burn themselves down to 4000 (which will go back up because of GWC06, but still). That said, in this case, he didn't contest the field spell, so uh... he's very dead

Nah, Maliss is actually quite decent into Yummy (lack of non-women cards aside). Except for Marshmao yummy, the Yummy cards can only summon themselves if a Link 1 is on the field, and rely heavily on GY recursion to combo and extend, so the non target banishes combined with the GY disruption from White Binder actually really hurts them. The non-target banishes are especially devastating, since it means that Snatchy can't effectively chain to dodge it. Now, the MU is much better for Yummy if they draw Obedience Schooled, but she clearly didn't, so that's not really a factor.

The right play was to end on more disruption, even something like IP and SP contesting the Marshmao would have forced out the Surprise's summon effect early, but otherwise, it was holding the White Binder for a situation where she could have activated the field spell to try to force out Surprise and cause Mignon to fizzle. Alternatively, he could have went for an early White Binder and banished the Hornet Drones instead to cut her off of the Striker Line without burning a banish.

Unfortuantely, this deck got massively prehit, with Herald going to one, Hornet Drones going to one, and Obedience Schooled (literally the best card in the deck) being immediately banned, which sucks because I was looking forward to tearing up ladder with it (it's still good, but I'm not excited to play it in a world with no Ryzeal hits)

My man's, even if you restrict yourself to playing women, this was not the endboard. No IP for SP, searched Underground instead of Mirror when he could have easily gotten to every name and ended on another disruption, shotgunning the disruption immediately, and somehow didn't see a single handtrap with 7 cards in hand? There has GOT to be some questionable deck building decisions going on.
