@Drumgor no doubt Chihiro treats Yugami differently from the way she treats other boys; she also had a different reaction to the letter when she realized it was Hayashiyama who had written it.

@tblst I thought she had a different reaction that time because Hayashiyama was not right there in front of her waiting for an answer (a thing she assumed Yugami was doing) and she had the shock of being confessed to by Hayashiyama already, so getting a love letter by him too was not nearly as shocking. I'm not saying that it's not open for interpretation on whether her reaction to Hayashiyama's confession (running away) compared to Yugami's "confession" (hiding) was different, but I thought it wasn't. In any case, the situation wasn't identical at the time. This time it's clear there are boys she's embarrassed to be next to and those she isn't, although if it's specifically Yugami, it's yet to be determined. I'm leaning on the "Yugami-specific" side however, because she was not shown to be anxious about being paired with boys.

Edit: @BCS Sorry, missed your post. Yes, that is a very valid explanation, which is why I do not consider this blush definite proof of her realizing she has feelings for Yugami or anything, but merely a "start".
