Ah yes, getting extremely drunk on an amount of alcohol found in a one sip of an average beer. The author doesn't want to make his characters drink alcohol, but wants to make them drunk. Shin's vision is blurred enough to mistake one person for another, but he can perfectly read the fine text on the phone. What extremely poor writing, gotta love manga logic.
