I just noticed I've been working on this series just under five years now. Slow? Yes. But there are two reasons: (1) I have a life, and (2) I am working on too many series at once. Life happens. Working on too many series? Well, that's because I have a hard time turning down a good manga. Must. Exercise. Restraint.

I've been following this series for so long, his Mother and Sister are so precious. I almost feel like it'll be better if you keep on going with this pace with no end, having something like this be an unexpected surprise is nice.

@nodamnbrakes - This series of eight volumes is the original series. There is a sequel series with another eight volumes. I own all sixteen volumes, but if the past is any guide, it will be a number of years before I get to the sequel series, if I do it at all.

@Pterodactyl - I have to be fair to everybody. Every series I work on has its readers, and some are quite outspoken. For that reason I do one chapter at a time from each series, and then start over again. You may notice, however, that this release was a little quicker than the last few. That's because (1) Himitsu no Reptiles got taken over by another group (with my blessing), (2) the original translator of Nagasarete Airantou returned and (3) the guy doing the editing work on Slow Motion has gotten overloaded with other stuff.

The COVID-19 situation has been a wash. I've been working from home since March and don't have to waste two hours a day driving, but I wound up having to burn a lot of extra hours on a project anyway.

@rpapo ah, no... i’m not trying to commit you to yet more work lol. Just that, as much as I enjoy this series, if I ever wanted to try my hand at something while continuing to, casually, retain some Japanese, I imagine that would be something i’d look at — if I recalled correctly.

@nodamnbrakes - No worries. If I'm spared, I imagine I will eventually get to it. Or give the books to someone else. But the books are bought. And that is something, since you never know when the time will come when you can't find the books you need anymore.

idk, its just so repetitive to me, like theres way to much inner dialouge with the MC talking to himself 98% of the time and it still has the whole Senpai thinks she has ESP part which is getting played out for the longest like chapter 24 couldve been better if MC came in with his powers and she realized then that hes the one with ESP, that wouldve made the story progress much better instead of having the same shit happen again and again, i wasted my time reading this when nothings happened between these two that the FMC remembers so its just one sidely thinking that the FMC is pretty stupid and somehow looses her memory when crazy shit happens or becomes as dense as a rock when its obvious that Tsubasa is using ESP and not her, well time to drop this

@rpapo on that note, I feel like the work you do is impeccable. I don’t know if it’s a lot of precise cloning and patching or if you’re all-out redrawing but I tried to inspect where text is added and/or where I think text may be removed and it looks seamless. So, great job, as always.

@nodamnbrakes - If I created a before/after animated GIF you would easily see the flaws. I have simply discovered a compromise that works for this series. The art style helps cover up a lot.

A comedy break before yet another heavy drama, I guess. But it's still nice to have this change of pace once in a while.
