Before, you conflated "body" and "person", and took their saying that the "body" was alive to mean that the "person" was alive, and vice versa.

I've repeatedly addressed this, as have others when speaking to you about this. The person died. Their brain activity irrevocably ceased. Their bodily functions ceased. Their body-- their corpse--was then parasitized by the mistletoe monster, who is thenceforth the reason why the bodily functions continue. The person could not recover from being dead. The reason that Yukizuriman asks about the body being alive, is because he doesn't want to be a necrophile. The reason they only talk about the body, is because it was the body of someone who died.

At no point prior to this did Yukizuriman rape a monster girl, and following this, he arguably got raped. There's no indication, or implication, or insinuation, that the circumstances given are meant to be construed to understand Yukizuriman as comfortable with raping. That's not congruent with the mood of the manga in general.
